PROJECT OVERVIEW

Inner Light Ministries requested Done With Dots to create a meaningful visual tribute honoring the life, ministry, activism, accomplishments, relationships, and legacy of Bishop Kwabena Rainey Cheeks for his Celebration of Life.

The goal was to create more than a collection of photographs. The presentation needed to visually tell the story of a life well lived while complementing the service and giving family, friends, ministry leaders, and community members an opportunity to reflect, remember, and celebrate his impact.

SCOPE OF WORK

Done With Dots developed a comprehensive visual narrative that highlighted Bishop Cheeks across the many dimensions of his life.

The presentation incorporated themes including:

• Childhood and formative years

• Family and friendships

• Martial arts and athletic achievements

• Ministry and spiritual leadership

• Activism and advocacy

• Community involvement

• Mentorship and relationships

• Personal milestones and celebrations

• Accomplishments and recognition

• His impact on others

The project also required coordination with the AV team to ensure the presentation could be incorporated seamlessly into the in-person service while supporting those participating virtually.

RESULTS

The completed presentation became an integral part of the Celebration of Life, providing a visual reflection of Bishop Cheeks’ extraordinary journey and the many communities and individuals he impacted.

During the service, attendees were observed watching, recording, and engaging with the presentation as it played. The slideshow served as both an introduction to the service and a visual reflection of his life, helping attendees experience his story through photographs and memories.

Most importantly, the project successfully captured the essence of Bishop Cheeks’ life and legacy in a way that resonated with those who knew and loved him.

CONCLUSION

The greatest measure of success wasn't simply completing a 55+ page presentation. It was knowing that the final product helped people remember, reflect, and celebrate.
