To protect both the client and the business, the following policies outline how projects, communication, payments, hours, and deliverables are managed.That’s why we believe that our policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Service Packages

Each package (Done-By-Day, Done-By-Week, Done-By-Month) includes a structured number of hours that cover:

  • Consultation(s)

  • Email and communication

  • Project management

  • Content organization & Development

  • Design work

  • Editing

  • Formatting and layout

  • Revisions

  • File preparation and finalization

  • Administrative follow-up

​All hours are counted toward the package total.

Website Hosting & Payment Setup Disclaimer

Please be advised that the cost of our consulting or development packages does not include fees for website hosting plans, domain purchases, or platform subscriptions. Clients are responsible for selecting the website host and platform that best align with their needs and covering all associated costs.

For your convenience, we strongly recommend purchasing your domain and hosting plan from the same platform to ensure seamless integration and easier management.

Additionally, Done With Dots does not, under any circumstances, set up or access your banking or payout information. Our support is limited to configuring your website to accept online or in-person payments only. All financial and payout details must be entered and managed solely by the client.

NON-NEGOTIABLE POLICY

All Done With Dots policies—including pricing, hours, deliverables, payment deadlines, and project approval terms—are final and non-negotiable once a project has begun or deliverables have been submitted.

NO"PERCEPTION-BASED ADJUSTMENTS" CLAUSE

Time estimates and hourly allocations are based on Done With Dots’ professional process and workflow. Requests for credits or adjustments due to a client’s personal perception of how long a task should have taken will not be granted.No Refunds or Credits on Consulting Packages:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services, including instances where project completion is limited due to missing or delayed content from the client.

  • No credits for unused hours

  • No hour rollovers with consulting packages

  • No financial adjustments once deliverables are sent

Deliverable Release

Final deliverables are only released once the full payment has been received.

If a payment extension is granted, a written addendum must be signed before any files are released.

Revisions

Revisions included in the package must be requested before the project is closed.
Once the project is delivered and accepted, the client must purchase additional services for new updates.

Payment Deadlines

Clients are required to meet all stated deadlines.
Missed deadlines may result in project pauses, termination, being barred from future bookings or account submission to collections.

 

Communication

All communication regarding agreements, payments, approvals, and arrangement changes must be provided in writing (email preferred). Phone calls or text messages do not override written terms.

Payment Obligations

By purchasing any Done With Dots service or package, clients agree to pay all fees by the stated due date. Late or delayed payments may result in suspension of services or submission of the invoice to collections.

THIRD-PARTY CLIENT

Done With Dots works directly with the paying client listed on the agreement.
We do not handle billing, payment arrangements, or contractual matters with third-party clients unless mutually approved in writing.

Non-Negotiable Policies

All Done With Dots policies—including pricing, hours, deliverables, payment deadlines, and project approval terms—are final and non-negotiable once a project has begun or deliverables have been submitted.

Project Closure

A project is considered closed once deliverables are transmitted to the client.
Requests made after project closure (including revisions, credits, hour adjustments, or additional work) require a new service purchase.

A project is closed when:

  • Deliverables have been sent

  • The client has confirmed receipt

  • The payment has been completed

Post-closure requests require a new booking.

Session & Event Recording

Done With Dots may record video or phone call consultations, coaching sessions, consulting sessions, workshops, strategy meetings, or live/virtual events for quality assurance, internal training, note-taking, and marketing purposes.By participating in a session or event, the client acknowledges and agrees that recording may occur.

Client Access to Recordings

Clients may request access to a recording of their own session. When available, Done With Dots may provide a copy of the recording at no cost as a courtesy. However, this is not guaranteed.

Recordings are maintained for internal purposes, and Done With Dots reserves the right to decline requests, limit access, or determine which recordings are eligible for release.

No Guaranteed Archiving

Done With Dots is not obligated to store, maintain, or archive projects or recordings. If a project or recording is unavailable, it cannot be reconstructed or reproduced.

Prohibited Sharing

Clients may not download, screen-record, or distribute session footage unless explicitly authorized by Done With Dots. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

Policy Enforcement

Violation of this Recording Policy may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Removal from programs or memberships

  • Legal action if intellectual property is misused

Done With Dots reserves the right to update this policy as needed.

Understanding Our Creative Process

We want to remind you of the collaborative yet artistic nature of our services:

  • Every client is unique, with their own tastes, budgets, and needs.

  • Our services are rooted in subjective creativity and an evolving style, which means:

    • Our team will use its artistic judgment to deliver services aligned with our expertise, while making reasonable efforts to incorporate your suggestions.

    • While your preferences and desires are important, Done With Dots retains final authority regarding the aesthetic and creative quality of the delivered work.

  • Dissatisfaction with our aesthetic choices or artistic direction is not considered a valid reason for terminating agreements or requesting refunds.
