Project Overview:To celebrate the milestone of purchasing and closing of her new home, our client wanted to do something extra special—not just for herself, but for the community of friends and loved ones who supported her along the way. She envisioned custom invitations that resembled keys—symbolizing gratitude, answered prayers, and a warm welcome into her new chapter.

  Project Process:

  Initial Consultation: We kicked off the project with a discovery call where the client shared her goals—she had clear vision of a custom key that a previous vendor had made, who was no longer offering that custom print job as a service. So, she struggled to find someone who could duplicate the original keys. She wanted it to be symbolic, fun, and memorable to hand out to her community prior to a house warming event. We discussed colors that matched her sorority colors and a personalized message that reflected the transition of her moving into a new home.

  Design Concept Development: Two unique key designs were created, each with distinct messages:

  • Design A: “We outgrew our home."

  • Design B: “Welcome to the place we now call home" including the new address.

  Client Review & Feedback: We presented digital mock-ups, which the client loved! Only minor edits were requested, which were completed within 24 hours. She appreciated the quick turnaround and how closely the designs aligned with her vision.

  Print Coordination & Finishing Touches: Once approved, we coordinated the professional printing of 200 high-quality 4x6 pieces, ensuring the key shape was die-cut perfectly for a polished finish. All invitations were packaged securely and delivered directly to the client’s door.

  Conclusion & Results:The client was thrilled with the final product and couldn’t wait to hand out the beautifully cut invitations at her home blessing. The designs sparked immediate reactions from her guests—many saying they’d never seen anything like it before.
