The eligibility requirements are the same regardless of which qualifying package you purchase.

How it works

To qualify for Done With Dots Rewards:

• Submit your required project deposit or pay your project in full within 14 calendar days of your invoice date.

OR

• If your purchase is completed directly through our online payment system without an invoice, your eligibility period will automatically be calculated based on the payment request date within our system.

Once your original project has been successfully completed, a Done With Dots team member will contact you to select your complimentary bonus service from the current Done With Dots Rewards Collection.

Your complimentary reward must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of project completion.

  • One reward is available per qualifying project.

  • Rewards have no cash value.

  • Rewards cannot be transferred.

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for discounts or account credits.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

  • Rewards must be redeemed within 30 calendar days after project completion.

  • Unused rewards expire after the redemption period.
