Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: Starting on time is essential to providing the best possible experience for you and others associated with Done With Dots. If a Client is late for an in-person session or a phone session, Done With Dots reserves the right to shorten the appointment time to stay on schedule for other clients or reschedule. Please, always call if you are running late especially if you are having an in-person session. If you are not available within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, then I will deem the session a "no-show." Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Done With Dots. Done With Dots reserves the right, for any event via online or in person, by which registration of the event, also constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording clips taken of you via zoom during the event for promotional and educational purposes. Non-Disclosure Agreement Done With Dots respects Client’s privacy and insists that Client respects the Company’s and programs participants (herein referred to as “Participants.”) Thus considering this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any confidential information shared by programs Participants or any representative of the Company, is confidential Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it. Both parties will keep confidential information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft. Client agrees not to violate the Company’s publicity and privacy rights. Furthermore, Client will NOT reveal any information to a third-party obtained in connection with this agreement or Company’s direct or indirect dealings with Client including but not limited to; names, email addresses, third party company titles or positions phone numbers or addresses. Additionally, at any time, directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.
