At Done With Dots, we offer consulting-by-day services to help you accomplish your goals. Our consultants are fully committed to completing any tasks or projects within the allotted time frame. The day starts with a private consultation between the provider and client, where we discuss the overview of the anticipated tasks or project for the day. Throughout the day, we will be available to answer all emails and phone calls to ensure that your project is completed successfully. Let us help you achieve your goals with our expert consulting services. The following tasks can be accomplished within a day: 2 Hours: Resume 2 Hours: 1 Blog 4Hours: 1Freebie Fix 2 Hours: 2 Email Campaigns 4 Hours: Competitive Analysis 2 Hours: Professional Resume 2 Hours: 2 Form Submissions 3 Hours: 1 Logo=2 Rounds of changes 2 Hours of Website Update 2 Hours of Project Management 4 Hours: Create Vendor Contract or Proposal 4 Hours: Week Planned Social Media Content 2 Hours: Design and Produce Promotional Products 2 Hours: Create 1 Assessment/Quiz/Survey 2 Hours: Cover letter/214 Word Count Document 4Hours: Create one day of animated Social Media Posts (Reels, Videos, TikToks included) Done With Dots'Packages can be personalized based on the needs of the client and the providers' services. Once the deposit is paid, a welcome package will be sent with client agreements including the invoice with the remaining balance before the complimentary consultation. Done With Dots' Packages include a 30-minute complimentary consultation. Once all signed paperwork has been received, Done With Dots will execute the projects within the allotted VIP packaged time allowing the client 2 rounds of changes. Done With Dots retains the right to charge an additional $75 fee for every extra request or change made by the client after the two rounds of changes have been completed. The Consulting By Day package cannot exceed 8 business hours. Consulting By Week package cannot exceed 40 business hours. The Consulting By Month cannot exceed 160 business hours. Projects requiring more than the allotted time in the package, will require the prospective client to purchase another package. Additionally, all packages, adhere to the Done With Dots Terms Of Use, Code of Conduct, Pricing & Refund, Privacy, Late & Cancellation Policy which can be found on Done With Dots' website.
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: Starting on time is essential to providing the best possible experience for you and others associated with Done With Dots. If a Client is late for an in-person session or a phone session, Done With Dots reserves the right to shorten the appointment time to stay on schedule for other clients or reschedule. Please, always call if you are running late especially if you are having an in-person session. If you are not available within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, then I will deem the session a "no-show." Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Done With Dots. Done With Dots reserves the right, for any event via online or in person, by which registration of the event, also constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording clips taken of you via zoom during the event for promotional and educational purposes. Non-Disclosure Agreement Done With Dots respects Client’s privacy and insists that Client respects the Company’s and programs participants (herein referred to as “Participants.”) Thus considering this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any confidential information shared by programs Participants or any representative of the Company, is confidential Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it. Both parties will keep confidential information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft. Client agrees not to violate the Company’s publicity and privacy rights. Furthermore, Client will NOT reveal any information to a third-party obtained in connection with this agreement or Company’s direct or indirect dealings with Client including but not limited to; names, email addresses, third party company titles or positions phone numbers or addresses. Additionally, at any time, directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.
