Get the expert consulting and coaching services you need for your business with Done With Dots. Our Consulting By Week service is designed to help you achieve your goals and get the results you want. In our first session, we'll onboard and overview your anticipated projects for the week. After the session, we'll submit the deliverables by the desired date set by you. We'll be available to answer all of your emails and phone calls within a timely manner. Let us help you take your business to the next level. The following tasks can be accomplished within a week: 2 Hours: Resume 2 Hours: 1 Blog 2 Hours: 1Freebie Fixes 2 Hours: 2 Email Campaigns 4 Hours: Competitive Analysis 2 Hours: Professional Resume 2 Hours: 2 Form Submissions 4-8 Hours: Book Development 8 Hours: Business Development Plan 3 Hours: 1 Logo=2 Rounds of changes 2 Hours of Website Update 2 Hours of Project Management 4 Hours: Create Vendor Contract or Proposal 4 Hours: Week Planned Social Media Content 2 Hours: Design and Produce Promotional Products 2 Hours: Create 1 Assessment/Quiz/Survey 4Hours: Create one day of animated Social Media Posts (Reels, Videos, TikToks included) Done With Dots'Packages can be personalized based on the needs of the client and the providers' services. Once the deposit is paid, a welcome package will be sent with client agreements including the invoice with the remaining balance before the complimentary consultation. Done With Dots' Packages include a 30-minute complimentary consultation. Once all signed paperwork has been received, Done With Dots will execute the projects within the allotted VIP packaged time allowing the client 2 rounds of changes. Done With Dots retains the right to charge an additional $75 fee for every extra request or change made by the client after the two rounds of changes have been completed. The Consulting By Day package cannot exceed 8 business hours. Consulting By Week package cannot exceed 40 business hours. The Consulting By Month cannot exceed 160 business hours. Projects requiring more than the allotted time in the package, will require the prospective client to purchase another package. Additionally, all packages, adhere to the Done With Dots Terms Of Use, Code of Conduct, Pricing & Refund, Privacy, Late & Cancellation Policy which can be found on Done With Dots' website.
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy: Starting on time is essential to providing the best possible experience for you and others associated with Done With Dots. If a Client is late for an in-person session or a phone session, Done With Dots reserves the right to shorten the appointment time to stay on schedule for other clients or reschedule. Please, always call if you are running late especially if you are having an in-person session. If you are not available within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, then I will deem the session a "no-show." Cancellation Policy: Refund Policy of Events/Services: Done With Dots is committed to providing the best experience to its clients/participants. Our services and events include the following but are not limited to, private phone and email consultations, quotes, and promotional events/services, to devise a unique developmental plan for our prospective clients. As a result, Done With Dots does not offer refunds. A credit/rescheduling of that service/event is permitted ONLY if the session is cancelled by the facilitator and/or client within 24hours notice prior to their session. Refunds will be issued ONLY, if the event/service is cancelled NOT postponed. Sessions that are deemed a "no show," will not be permitted to reschedule. If client continues to be tardy or cancel, they will be discharged and prohibited from booking any future sessions or services with Done With Dots. Done With Dots' packages that are purchased by the client with multiple sessions, adhere to the same late cancellation and “no show,” policy as other services offered by Donnie’s Dots. If a session within that package is deemed a “no show,” that session is not redeemable. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour notice, it is redeemable within that same month. Clients are not allowed to roll over unused sessions into the next month.
